• Rachel is a registered nurse, with MSc in Long term conditions. After the births of her children and her journey into parenting she realised her skills would be better matched with her interests and she decided to become self employed.

    Rachel runs a number of events including pre and postnatal workshops for carrying babies in slings. Hire of baby slings. She also has a business selling eco-friendly, carbon neutral, cleaning products – fuzzy gloves that clean easily and 6 times better than chemicals or microfibres.
    Rachel’s passion for nursing has not gone. Noticing how hard it is for people to change habits – Rachel now uses her nursing to work privately with individuals to work on habit change in order to create healthy futures, exploring how you need support. Each person, each story and each situation is different. This is a truly bespoke service that helps you explore what’s happening currently and devise strategies to change.
