This is the group’s 19th trail leaflet and all can be downloaded at www.denbydale-walkersarewelcome.org.uk .
The group was founded in 2009 by local volunteers (supported by Denby Dale Parish Council and the Denby Dale Countryside Officer) who believed that the Denby Dale Area has beautiful countryside, a rich and fascinating heritage and an excellent network of Public Rights of Way; and they have tried to promote walking in and around Denby Dale ever since.
In 2012 they affiliated fully to the national Walkers are Welcome scheme – see www.walkersarewelcome.org.uk .
