Our Newborn Nurture sessions are for parents of babies under 16 weeks old.
Parent Sanctuary know that a new baby (whether it’s your first or your fifth) can feel like a huge learning curve. Even if you went to antenatal classes, what you learned there might feel like a million miles away from where you’re at.
These sessions are designed for you to be able to chat and ask questions about being a parent and looking after your baby. It’s really relaxed – we encourage parents to get to know each other, share their own experiences and help figure out how to make life with a newborn that bit easier. There’s tea and coffee, sometimes cake.
