About

Parent’s walk in the park is a gentle, friendly way to start getting some exercise and time outside with baby. These walks are designed to boost your mood, build confidence and community.

They are a great way to prevent or improve post natal depression.

Led by Nurse Rachel, these sessions are great for improving your physical and mental health whilst caring for your baby.

We walk no matter the weather, please dress appropriately.
Slings and waterproof covers available.

Sessions are held in one of 4 parks weekly – to be accessible for those who need to use public transport, but you can travel to join us each week.
