This gives you a chance to list your business in all its glory on the HD8 website.
We have a few simple steps for you to take to get maximum exposure.
It’s really important to present your business in the best light possible.
Providing accurate and complete details will help you stand out and make it easier for people to contact you.
Find your listing – we try to include this in your emails, but shout us if you would like as to send it to you.
Check the details are correct (regularly) and send us your updates (*check how many updates are included in your memberships – extras can be arranged for a reasonable admin fee*).
To do this, here is a list of what you’re going to need;
- Your full business name
- Full contact details including
a. Contact name
b. Business address
c. Business contact tel number
d. Business email address
e. Business web address - Your company logo (ensure it loads the right way up) in jpg or png format
- Links to your social media pages
- A few lines summarising your business covering
a. Your business products or service
b. The benefits you bring to your customers - Any other images you have to show your product or business

Your directory listing can be complemented with a clear, high quality and where possible professional logo or other image, if this was not submitted when joining please simply email that over.
Silver and Gold members can add to this at their discretion.
Description
Please send a description for your business, introducing your business, products and services, which will be added to your listing. Remember if you don’t tell people what you do, you can’t expect people to get in contact.
Sometimes it is hard to decide what you say about yourself and if that’s the case, why don’t we have a chat and we can help you find your message.
Make sure you arrange a chat with your Account Manager, to get an overview of what is possible through your membership
Whether this is a Demo or an Onboarding session, or an Account Manager Meeting included in your membership*. These sessions are aimed at showing you about, reminding you of features available to you and helping you to get the best experience from being a #HD8member.
Don’t forget to tell us what you are expecting from your membership. Don’t assume we know. Objectives and targets change from business to business, organisation to organisation. What is important to you? Visibility, click throughs, sales …?
The most important thing right now though is getting your listing fully populated!

It is vital for your credibility, ours and our other members that the information contained in your listing is current and complete at all times.
So please confirm back by email, that you have checked your directory listing, ensuring that –
• Your contact details are present and correct
• The links lead to the right places
If we do not hear from you in within the first month of publishing your membership or we notice details have been changed without updating us, we will assume you no longer wish to be a member of the HD8 Network and take down your listing, invoicing you for the remainder of any outstanding balance for the year’s membership.
