Our 3D Kettle Bell Conditioning Sessions are a perfect and cost effective option to help you lose weight and increase your strength and fitness levels. In the sessions we will take you through all the basic kettle bell techniques as well as throwing our in own unique 3D tweaks. Here we take the traditional drills into a whole new dimension by adding multi-plane movements and waking up muscles you never even knew you had.
Sessions are limited to just 8 people meaning you get lots of coaching time so we can ensure you master the techniques and get the absolute best from every session
