Whistlestop Valley is a popular tourist attraction featuring the Kirklees Light Railway’s narrow-gauge steam trains, outdoor playgrounds, an ice cream/dessert parlour, a miniature ride-on railway, a cafe, large free car park, a gift/toy shop, special events and experiences throughout the year.

Great value annual passes are available too!

Whistlestop Valley is usually open to the public on weekends, Bank Holidays and local school holidays, with special toddler/pre-schooler days on selected Mondays and Fridays.
