We constantly try to ensure the contact data we hold in our systems are current and up to date, and that we only make contact with people who want to be contacted.
Periodically we email people to check that they still want to be subscribed to our mailing list, providing links for them to unsubscribe or update their preferences.
However while doing this, we also realise, to be cyber secure, the recommendation is to never click on links in emails – even if you are sure it is from who you think it is from … what a Catch 22 we find ourselves in …
So in our emails we advise that they will find an article in the News Section of our website (what you are reading now) to carry out the same actions.
