We’ve been reviewing and updating our Member Onboarding process. We are nearly ready for beta testing and so are looking for volunteers to experience and feedback.

Would you be willing to experience the proposed onboarding process, made up of a sequence or emails complemented with a booklet, to either:

Give feedback on the general experience,
Spot typos and ways to improve.

We are proposing that new members will receive daily emails guiding through the membership benefits available, with the ability to switch off the emails if desired.

Complemented with a member booklet that summarises the emails, as well as the Members Area.

If you would like to be part of a select few members who will test out the new process, please get in touch and we will restart your membership emails.

Reminders for future account manager meetings, analytics and renewals will not be affected, however we might be able to reward you for your input, by extending the term of your membership.

Also everyone who assists with this will be entered into a prize draw to receive a voucher to spend with HD8 Network members Nomadic Pizza

However hopefully, the experience of arming yourself with all the information needed to effectively make the most of your membership, as well as being part of improvements, will be reward enough.

We are focused on continuously reviewing and improving the experience for everyone.

Your feedback is crucial for us to create a platform that works for you and achieves your goals.

If there is something particular you think we should be focusing on, please do not hesitate to let us know.

Before Christmas we shared a member survey and the results were incredibly valuable and so we have decided to repeat this process every six months to help us measure our performance.

Our meetings are currently conducted via Zoom, allowing for screen sharing to demo the platform and make live updates to your listing. However, we can arrange to meet you in person if you would prefer.
