Yoga for Wellbeing at Burton Village Hall, gives you a chance to press pause on the world and focus on yourself. Yoga has been shown to be beneficial for overall health – particularly strength, flexibility, balance and resilience. All important in today’s modern world and as we progress through life.
I blend decades of expertise and masters qualifications in health and coaching, with the most recent yoga teachings – hence yoga for wellbeing!
If you think you are not flexible enough for yoga, that is exactly the reason you should come! My classes are suitable for all levels. Each posture and even the relaxation, has stages, so you can work at the level that suits you. I welcome all body shapes and sizes and pride myself on being able to adapt my yoga teaching to all abilities.
