Virtual Nature Walks

Friday 12th March
10:00 am - 11:00 am

Join us in a Virtual Nature Walk – the parent social that is kid friendly and has a weekly play prompt to help you survive babyhood, toddlerhood, preschool or primary. No judgement if you want to join for your older child.

The play prompt is a starting point to help you deliver an engaging exploration of a natural/nature based topic.

Our first virtual walk was mountains, we sang songs, crafted, explored what we would take on a mountain walk and baked flapjack live on zoom.

Parents of babies loved seeing how their baby reacted to the beat and melodies of the music, they were amazed by textures and colours. Our toddlers loved the freedom to use glue and our older children made pictures independently in different ways. All said how good it was, and what they enjoyed.

Our aim is to help you find wonder in the world, explore your local area, and have a friendship group who are pleased to see your efforts and imagination over the weeks.

Helping you find an immersive sensory and educational exploration of the world around us. And helping you feel together, even though we’re apart this lockdown.

Tickets are just 50p (massively discounted from our normal in-person events, so please consider buying us a coffee if you enjoy our session – details posted in the event)
