About

Santa Claus is coming to Caphouse…
Descend 140m underground to visit Santa in his one-of-a-kind, enchanting grotto. Will you make his naughty or nice list? Good children will receive a gift and a certificate, while those on the naughty list might just find coal in their stocking…

Tickets:

Child £13 / Adult £10
Wheelchair users – please contact Reception to book via 01924 848806 or info@ncm.org.uk. Please note that all wheelchair users who book to go underground will need to sign an evacuation disclaimer at Reception before participating. You can read and download this in advance here.
There is a £2.40 booking fee per booking.

There are different types of tickets depending on the age of your child (so that Santa can identify the most suitable gift!):

Under 6 months – Free (no gift)
6 months – 18 months
18 months – 3 years
4 – 6 years
7 – 9 years
10 – 12 years
Adult – (no gift)
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Please ensure that you book an adult ticket in addition to any child tickets.

The age category indicates the age-appropriate gift given by Santa – consider moving them in to the next age up if they are at the upper end of their age group. Please note: there is no minimum age limit for our Santa Underground Experience.

ALL customers (including those who have pre-booked online) attending Santa Underground need to report to Reception upon arrival to be issued their timed Miner’s check. Without this we cannot admit you underground.

We ask that visitors arrive at least 30 minutes prior to their booking so that we have time to check you in at Reception and issue you with your timed Miner’s check.
